New-Vehicle Pricing
- In order to be able to respond with pricing in as many cases as possible, we
are networked with a large number of dealerships and other third-party
affiliates that are also networked with dealerships. We may disclose your
information either directly to dealerships or to these affiliates for the
purposes of responding to your inquiry. We do this to provide you with
information when you request it through one of our forms.

Used-Vehicle Information - When submitting a question or comment on your
behalf to a dealership about a specific preowned vehicle, we include your
Private Information so that the dealership can contact you directly.

Protection of Information

| We restrict access to Private Information about you to our
employees and third parties who need to know that information in order to
respond to your inquiries. Additionally, we take other steps to protect your
Private Information in a manner consistent with industry standards for similar
sized vehicle information companies. We will review our safeguards from time to
time, and strive to maintain them in a manner consistent with federal
regulations, if any, that may be in effect from time to time. Our employees are
trained and required to maintain our privacy policies and procedures. Employees
who violate these policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action. |
